CCK Annex

The CCK Annex is a 12-floor, 3-block commercial office complex designed to provide flexible and efficient workspace for government and corporate tenants. Completed in 2017, the project was executed under SPV/Core Constructions Ltd, with Site Systems Ltd playing a critical role in delivery as part of the project team. Its location and quality standards have made it a landmark addition to Nairobi’s commercial landscape.
